Return Policy

We accept returns as follows :

• Up to one week before your lessons begin we will refund all of the money we have received from you less any expenses incurred by us. We always try to minimise these expenses, however we may need to make compensation payments to your teacher or other out of pocket expenses.
• After one week before your lessons begin, and after your lessons have started we do not refund any money. In the case of your critical illness or a close family critical illness or death we will usually offer you a credit for any unused lessons to use at any time in the following 12 months. In this case any credit offered is at the discretion of the company. We strongly recommend you take out insurance to cover cancellation if you do not want to be subject to this condition.
• For online lessons these must be taken at least once per month so, for example, if you have bought a package of 10 lessons they will expire at the end of the 10th month after buying them. Any lessons not used after this time will be lost.
• Force Majeure : If we have to cancel your lessons due to an unforeseen event then we will offer you a credit on the remaining lessons to be taken at such time as we are able to offer you a replacement lesson programme.
